This is where it starts. High-energy, music-driven dance cardio in a low-lit room where nobody is watching you and zero experience is required. Not "some experience." None. The women in that room showed up exactly like you are showing up now: unsure, curious, and slightly hoping it won't be terrible. It won't be. It will feel like something you forgot you were allowed to have.
